Yes! The great thing about Toastedink is we ship worldwide so the happiness can be spread across the globe!
We are based in the United Kingdom. All your packages will be lovingly wrapped and sent out from the UK!
If you have a discount code - amazing! Simply enter your code at checkout and if the code is valid, your discount will be applied! Please note that only one promotional code can be used per order and make sure you check the code's terms and conditions to check whether the code can be used on the items in your basket.
That all depends on your country! If you live in the UK, after your item has been shipped, deliveries can take anywhere between 2-5 business days. For everywhere else, shipping times can vary between 5-21 business days. However due to COVID-19, there may be some delays.
To make delivery as affordable as possible, as standard we use Royal Mail Standard delivery which does not provide a tracking number. However if you require tracking, there is an option at checkout to upgrade and add tracking so you can keep an eye on the journey of your happy mail! Your tracking number will be included on your email. Note, it can take up to 7 days for shipping activities to update.
Of course! You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation. Please contact us with your name and order number at Unfortunately, after 24 hours and once your order has been processed, we would not be able to make any changes or cancel the order you have made.
We want to ensure every customer is happy with their goodies, however if you have any problems with your order, please drop an email to If you wish to return an item, simply email us at the above address within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a return for you. Items must be returned in its unused, original condition. Please understand that it is the buyers responsibility for the cost of returning items.
Delivery charges are dependent on the destination and the quantity of items in your basket. Delivery will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
