We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 working days (Monday–Friday). During busy times - like new launches or holiday seasons - it might take a smidge longer, but we promise we’re packing them with care (and probably snacks).

For UK orders, delivery usually takes 2-3 working days after dispatch, and we ship all parcels with Royal Mail, our trusty post pals. They’re usually speedy and reliable, but very occasionally delays can sneak in - especially around busy holidays, postal strikes, or wild weather.

For international orders, delivery times can be a bit of an adventure! Most of our happy mail arrives within 2–3 weeks, but every now and then, your parcel might take the scenic route. Depending on where you are and how your local postal system operates, especially if your parcel gets held up at customs or caught in a little weather drama.

We ship all international orders via Royal Mail, who are generally lovely, but sometimes even the best post owls need a nap. While we’d love to zoom every package to your doorstep instantly (preferably by unicorn), a few things - like customs checks and border delays - are out of our sparkly little hands.

That said, if you ever feel like your parcel is off on an extended holiday, just pop us a message and we’ll do our best to help it find its way home. Your cute things are coming - we pinky promise!

Yes indeedy - we ship worldwide from our cosy little studio in the UK! Whether you’re near or far, we’ll do our best to get your goodies to you. Just pop your shipping address in at checkout, and you’ll see all available delivery options and prices for your country.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail or one of their lovely delivery partners, depending on where you are. We can’t guarantee delivery dates due to customs and country-specific delays (those border control goblins can be picky), but we always pack and dispatch your order quickly on our end!

You can indeed - if you choose a tracked shipping option at checkout, you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way. That way you can follow your happy mail’s journey like a little treasure map!

If you choose standard delivery, please note it doesn’t include tracking. We always recommend tracked shipping if you’re ordering internationally, need it in time for a special occasion, or just love watching your package inch across the globe like we do.

Oops - it happens! If you’ve spotted a typo or sent your parcel to the North Pole by mistake, email us at info@toastedinkstudios.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If your parcel hasn’t been posted yet, we can absolutely fix it before it flies off!

If the order’s already shipped, it’s sadly out of our hands - but still get in touch and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do (and send you virtual moral support in the meantime!).
