Placing your order

I've entered the wrong delivery address on my order!

These things happen! You either typed too quickly, misspelt a line, put in an old address or simply just wrote the wrong address. That's okay! If your order has not yet been dispatched then go ahead and contact us by dropping us an email at quoting your order number. We can then go ahead and get your delivery address rectified with the correct address.

However please ensure you triple check your delivery details before checkout to avoid any disappointment.

Can I change an order I've just placed?

If you've submitted an order and realised you've made a mistake or want to amend your order, please feel free to contact us within 3 business hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee we can amend any orders placed but we can do our best.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

If your order has not yet been shipped then yes, you can cancel your order by contacting us within 24 hours of your order being placed.

How do I use a discount code?

If you have a discount code - amazing! Simply enter your code at checkout and if the code is valid, your discount will be applied! Please note that only one promotional code can be used per order and make sure you check the code's terms and conditions to check whether the code can be used on the items in your basket.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! The great thing about Toastedink is we ship worldwide so the happiness can be spread across the globe!

Where do you ship from?

We are based in the United Kingdom. All your packages will be lovingly wrapped and sent out from the UK!

How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?

That all depends on your country! If you live in the UK, after your item has been shipped, deliveries can take anywhere between 3-7 business days. For everywhere else, shipping times can vary between 10-35 business days. However due to customs restrictions, there may be some delays.

My order has been dispatched. Can I track it?

To make delivery as affordable as possible, as standard we use Royal Mail Standard delivery which does not provide a tracking number.

However if you require tracking, there is an option at checkout to upgrade and add tracking so you can keep an eye on the journey of your happy mail! Your tracking number will be included on your email. Note, it can take up to 7 days for shipping activities to update.

Do you accept returns?

We want to ensure every customer is happy with their goodies, however if you have any problems with your order, please drop an email to If you wish to return an item, simply email us at the above address within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a return for you. Items must be returned in its unused, original condition. Please understand that it is the buyers responsibility for the cost of returning items.

I have received my order but something is missing or damaged, what should I do?

Oh no! If your item is missing, faulty or damaged, please contact us first by email at with your order number and which item is at fault or missing. We may be able to issue a refund/replacement.
