We aim to reply within 1–2 working days, often sooner. Every message lands directly in the Toastedink inbox and is read by a real human (usually with a cup of tea and biscuit nearby). If things are a little busier than usual, we promise we haven’t forgotten you - we’re just giving each message the care it deserves.
