Refund policy

We truly hope you love your Toastedink order as much as we loved creating it. However if something isn't quite right, we're here to help. 

Please take a moment to read our returns and refunds policy below, as it explains when returns are accepted and how the process works.

Returns

If your order isn't quite the perfect match, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be returnable, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn and in their original condition
  • Arrive back to us safely in their original packaging
  • Be suitable for resale (as lovely as when they left us)

To start a return, simply email us at info@toastedinkstudios.com with your order number and a short note. We'll pop back with the next steps. 

Please note: 

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend sending items via a tracked service, just for peace of mind

Once your return arrives and has been checked over, we'll let you know what happens next. 

A Few Things That Can't Be Returned

Some items are sadly a little too special to make a return journey. We're unable to accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised items (made just for you)
  • Digital downloads
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that show signs of use, wear or damage after delivery

This helps us keep things fair and fresh for everyone. 

Refunds

When a return is approved, your refund will be sent back to the original payment method within 5-10 working days: 

A couple things to keep in mind: 

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable 
  • Banks and payment providers sometimes take a little extra time to show refunds - thank you for your patience. 

If you're ever unsure or feel something's taking longer than expected, just reach out and we'll happily check in for you. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Oh no - that's never what we want! If our order arrives damaged, faulty or not quite what you expected, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number 
  • A clear photo showing us the issue 

We'll sort things quickly, whether that means a replacement or a full refund - and of course, we'll cover any return postage in these cases. 

Exchanges

At the moment, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you've got your eye on something else, simply return your original item (if eligible) and place a fresh order. 

Gifts

If your order was sent as a gift, any approved refund will be returned to the original purchases. If you're unsure how to proceed, just get in touch and we'll gently guide you through it.
