Shipping policy

Every Toastedink order is carefully packed with love, tiny joys, and a sprinkle of excitement before beginning its journey to you. Below you'll find all the details on how your order is processed, shipped and delivered so you know exactly what to expect from checkout to doorstep. 

Order Processing Time 

Before your parcel heads off on its adventure, it spends a little time in our packing studio.

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 working days
  • During busy periods such as launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take a little longer - thank you for your patience
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and dispatched

Please note that working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent using either Royal Mail or Evri, a trusted and reliable postal service that helps us keep postage costs accessible for our customers. 

Standard UK Delivery

  • Our standard shipping option is Royal Mail Second Class (untracked) for letters and Evri tracked service for anything larger
  • This option is chosen to help keep shipping costs as low as possible
  • Second class delivery typically takes 2-5 working days after dispatch 

While our chosen couriers are generally very reliable, occasional delays can happen - particularly during busy postal periods. 

International Shipping

Europe

At this time, we're unable to ship to Europe. We know this may be disappointing for some of our international customers and truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through international shipping arrangements.

Rest of the World (Including USA)

Tiny joys can travel far and wide - they just take a little longer to arrive. 

For destinations outside the UK (including USA, Canada, Australia and beyond), delivery times are significantly longer due to distance, customs checks , and local postal services.

  • Delivery typically takes 10-30 working days after dispatch
  • In some cases, parcels may take longer due to customs processing or seasonal delays 

Please be aware:

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes or duties
  • These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Customs delays are beyond our control and may affect delivery times

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and are based on:

  • Your delivery location 
  • The size and weight of your order
  • The delivery option selected 

All postage costs are clearly shown before payment is completed - no hidden fees or surprises.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking i included only when a tracked shipping option is selected at checkout.

  • Tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear 
  • Royal Mail Second Class deliveries are untracked and do not provide delivery progress updates
  • Some international services offer limited tracking once parcels leave the UK

If tracking is important to you, we recommend choosing a tracked delivery option.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

We understand how exciting it is to wait for your Toastedink parcel, and we know delays can be frustrating. 

  • Please allow the dull estimated delivery timeframe before contacting us 
  • If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbours or your local delivery office first

If your order appears significantly delayed, please email us at info@toastedinkstudios.com and we'll do our best to help investigate with the postal service. 

While we can't be responsible for delays once parcels are in transit - particularly with untracked services - we'll always do our best to support you and guide you through the next steps. 

Incorrect Delivery Details 

Please take a moment to double-check your delivery address at checkout, as even the smallest typo can send a parcel on an unexpected adventure. 

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts

We're happy to resend your order once it makes its way back to us, through additional postage costs may apply. 

Multiple Items & Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they'll usually be packed and shipped together. On rare occasions, items may be sent separately to ensure safe delivery - if this happens, we'll always let you know.
